Job Overview:  The maintenance technician performs basic and routine facilities maintenance, construction, troubleshoot and repair CNC machines according to service, quality, and safety standards. Following standard operating procedures, installs, inspects, repairs, and performs preventative maintenance to mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, safety, and waste management systems.

Responsibilities:

•    Responsible for preventive maintenance of machinery/equipment 
•    Perform highly diversified duties: install and maintain production and plant facility equipment.
•    Skills including mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, troubleshooting and repair of production machines (CNC machinery, Mills, Lathes)
•    Troubleshooting, welding, electrical, hydraulic, fabrication and forklifts
 

Qualifications:

•    2 to 3 years in heavy industrial manufacturing maintenance
•    Machine maintenance or relevant certifications
•    Must have your own tools

•    3 to 5 years in heavy industrial manufacturing maintenance - Preferred
•    Associates degree or relevant certifications - Preferred

•    Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
•    Ability to stand, bend, and reach with both hands
